Ed Lebold, CFP®
Principal
Ed started his financial career in 1987 after graduating from the University of Oregon. He maintains a consistent, thoughtful approach to financial planning and servicing his clients. Ed specializes in helping dentists, medical practitioners and business owners design financial plans for themselves and their families.
Morgan Sund, CFP®
Financial Advisor
Morgan graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration; Management and Marketing. She started her career as a Financial Advisor in 2013. Morgan excels at educating and assisting individuals, families, professionals, and business owners on implementing realistic goals and guiding them towards a secure financial future.
Caroline Whitesell
Relationship Manager
Caroline graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She joined Portland Financial Group in 2016. As the Relationship Manager she helps new clients throughout the planning process and maintains regular contact with current clients. Caroline finds working in the financial services industry rewarding and enjoys educating clients on the significance of planning for their future.
Betsy Kusyk
Director of Group Benefits
Betsy graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has over 20 years of insurance experience, with over 10 of them spent as Portland Financial Group’s Director of Group Benefits. As such, she helps small business owners design affordable benefits packages for themselves, their employees and their families. She believes employees are an organization’s greatest asset and takes personal satisfaction in ensuring employers and employees are taken care of with proper and affordable insurance coverage.

We create financial strategies according to your personal, family, business and lifestyle goals. We provide you with suggestions to fill in the gaps so you can choose the products best suited for your situation.
STEP 3: COURSE OF ACTION
If you’re satisfied with our recommendations, we work with you to implement your strategies and secure the required products and services to help you strive for financial freedom. We collaborate to put financial strategies in place and help you access important services and resources.
STEP 4: ANNUAL REVIEWS
Because your financial situation is bound to change, we work with you over time through periodic reviews to help you evaluate the strategies in place, and their capacity to continue to meet your goals. We hold annual reviews at least once a year with clients to maintain our level of service and responsibility. Clients may also request bi-annual or quarterly review meetings.
